We offer a comprehensive range of components for aluminium rainwater pipe systems. As manufacturers we are also able to offer an extensive range of specials and purpose made components. The standard aluminium rainwater pipe range consists of square, round and rectangular profiles, these are listed below:
Square Pipe (75mm and 100mm)
Round Pipe (75mm dia, 100mm dia and 150mm dia)
Rectangular Pipe (100mm x 75mm)

Aluminium Brackets
As standard our pipe bracket is designed to be secret fix this keeps it snug fitting to the wall and more simple to fit on square and rectangle pipe work. This makes it as near to impossible for vandals to Climb and cause unnecessary damage. Various non standard components e.g offsets, stand off brackets and hoppers, are also available to suit customers individual requirements. Round rainwater pipe and brackets can be manufactured as to the above although not with secret fix as our design team are still working on ways to do this. This pipe can be fitted with internal spigots with brackets to hide any joints as seen in photo.

 

 

             

                                                                                                                                           

The reason for welding curves with pulse welding is to prevent distortion, only a little heat is transmitted into the work-piece, thus the weld pool stays comparatively cool.
